Principles that amplify initiatives for change and improvement

Companies around the world are spending millions per year on developing, launching and rolling out corporate change initiatives, often globally and across different (sometimes, all) functions.

This position paper explores the limitations of the classical view of change initiatives as pure projects, as well as of the typical way of assigning leadership of such projects to internal expert groups.

Furthermore, it presents seven guiding principles that business leaders and change agents can follow to overcome these limitations and establish lasting change pragmatically and without hype.
